These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and li83 ("li83", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://li83.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, services and functionality offered through it.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

| AML | Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory and procedural controls applied to detect and prevent financial crime. |
| Self-Exclusion | A player-requested restriction that temporarily or permanently blocks access to the Account and Platform services. |
Access to the Platform and the right to register an Account are subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any wager. li83 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process, and Accounts will be suspended or permanently closed where age requirements are not met.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order or personal voluntary agreement that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities.
You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law access the Platform at their own risk. li83 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Pakistani users must independently assess the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation to their personal circumstances.
You must not be registered under any self-exclusion scheme — whether through li83 or any other responsible-gambling programme — that prohibits your participation in gambling activities. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you must not attempt to register an Account.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You must create a secure, unique password and keep it confidential.
All information submitted during registration and throughout the life of your Account must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Before a registered Account may be used to make deposits, wagers or withdrawals, you must complete our KYC verification process. Typical documentation required includes:
Documents must be uploaded through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-protected verification flow only. You must never send KYC documents via unsecured chat, social media or email. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC. Your Account and access to the Platform are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, sell, assign or allow any third party to use your Account or credentials under any circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify li83 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. li83 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing the Platform. li83 recommends using a private, secure network. Accessing the Platform via public Wi-Fi or shared devices carries additional security risks that li83 cannot control.
You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with all applicable laws and in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.
Accepted deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Common local payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method depends on the Operator's current payment-processing arrangements and is not guaranteed. Payment provider names are included as contextual references only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
The Platform displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements being satisfied, and any applicable security checks. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from payment methods legally owned by you. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be subject to AML reporting obligations.
li83 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games and minimum qualifying deposits. Promotional terms are published at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible markets before a withdrawal can be processed. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
li83 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
li83 may, at its discretion, offer a migration package to eligible players transferring from another platform. This may include tier recognition, account-support assistance and a welcome bonus of up to PKR 10,000. Exact eligibility, bonus amounts and tier assessments are determined by the Operator's published terms at the time of application and are not guaranteed.
Each game and betting market available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
li83 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where: (a) a technical malfunction, software error or data feed failure has demonstrably affected the outcome; (b) a bet was placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a manifest error; or (c) the event to which a bet relates has been cancelled, postponed or significantly altered.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for games are set by the respective game providers and are disclosed within individual game information panels. Illustrative RTP figures shown in marketing materials are examples only. li83 does not manipulate RTP settings and does not make representations about guaranteed returns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
li83 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, withhold or forfeit associated balances, and report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content and data, is the property of li83 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any manner any content from the Platform without the prior written permission of li83. Third-party trademarks, game titles and provider logos that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of li83 by those owners.
li83 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. li83 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or technical errors outside its reasonable control.
Gambling involves financial risk. li83 is not responsible for any losses, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of placing wagers on the Platform. You acknowledge that you gamble voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions.
The Platform integrates third-party game content, sports data feeds and payment services. li83 is not liable for errors, omissions or interruptions arising from third-party services, nor for any consequential losses resulting from reliance on third-party data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, li83's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Account closure does not release you from any liabilities incurred prior to the closure date.
li83 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) li83 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; or (d) you provide false KYC information.
Upon Account closure, any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via the original deposit method, subject to any outstanding AML or security checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated (details available on request via support). Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.
